Privacy policy

This notice explains what personal data we process through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to the standard of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which applies to us because we offer services to people in the European Union.

In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking of any kind, and loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

1. Who is responsible

TechConsultix, Egypt, is the controller for the processing described here. Reach us at info@techconsultix.com for any question about your data or to exercise the rights in section 7.

2. What we process

Enquiry details. When you use the contact form: your name, company, email address, the area of interest you select, and the message you write.

Technical access data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, time of access, page requested, referring page, and browser and operating system details.

We collect nothing else. There is no account, no newsletter, no profiling, and no data bought from or supplied by third parties.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where you have given consent, and Art. 6(1)(b) where the exchange concerns a possible contract. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

To operate the site securely — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is keeping the website available and defending it against abuse. Logs are not used to identify visitors.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Data is disclosed only to:

• Our hosting and website service providers, who operate the servers and receive form submissions on our behalf.
• Our business email and productivity provider, through which enquiries reach us and are answered.

Each acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, bound to process data only on our instructions. Beyond this, data is disclosed only where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of these providers are established in the United States, and we operate from Egypt. Neither is covered by an EU adequacy decision for all purposes, so transfers are made on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by writing to us.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and afterwards only where a legal retention period applies. Server logs are kept briefly, for security and operational purposes, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand.

Write to info@techconsultix.com and we will respond without undue delay, and in any event within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in the EU member state of your residence, place of work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

8. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no fingerprinting. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so opening a page transmits nothing to any other company. Links to social media are ordinary links — following one is your choice, and nothing is sent until you do.

9. Security

All connections use TLS encryption, which your browser indicates with a padlock. The site is static, holds no database of visitor data, and enforces a restrictive content security policy that prevents third-party code running on it.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. The version published here is always the current one.
